ConnectCity receives grant

ConnectCity was one of three reciepients of the Annie E Casey Foundation Healing Communities Grant.  The Christian Association for Prison Aftercare (CAPA) serves as the organization to administer the Healing Communities grant through the Philadelphia Leadership Foundation. 

This grant has provided the opportunity to present the Healing Communities model throughout Central Florida.  Bringing awareness to the faith community is critical in building a solid reentry program that is based around supporting the Returning Citizens by connecting them to a support system including a mentor and a church home.
